Many intercrop with bananas and maize under Grevillea and macadamia shade, and the wet mill offers ongoing Good Agricultural Practices training to help members raise yields and quality.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCherry is handpicked at peak ripeness during the October–December main harvest and depulped the same day. The parchment ferments for 12 to 24 hours, then is washed and dried on raised beds for 10 to 22 days with frequent turning.
